With maximum adaptability to different contexts, it is possible to create different configurations: suspended systems with linear and curved surfaces, acoustic sails and furnishing accessories < /strong>tailor-made sound absorbers, to meet the most varied needs.
Soft Sound sound-absorbing systems are mainly made of melamine-coated MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). It is a solid and compact material that can be worked with precision and ease, thus adapting to the most varied architectural and functional needs. Fireproof and safe, the panels and all sound-absorbing systems also have a low environmental impact, because they are made with FSC® certified material derived from wood coming from forests managed correctly and responsibly, according to rigorous environmental standards, social and economic, and from other controlled sources As an alternative to the wood-effect surface finish, the systems can be produced veneered with natural or composite wood essences, or lacquered with fire-retardant paints in RAL or sample colours.
On a technical level, the combination between the horizontal millings of the visible surface and the through holes on the back of the panels allows us to obtain a very high number of Helmholtz resonators, which allow the dissipation of sound waves and therefore surfaces with high acoustic performance. Thanks to the differentiated acoustic characteristics of Soft Sound products it is possible to optimize the acoustics in environments such as offices, meeting rooms, shops, foyers, corridors, classrooms, auditoriums and cinemas.
